Completing an Authorised Order in the Zip Dashboard
To complete a Zip order follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Zip
- Click ‘Order Search’
- Locate the order under the ‘Authorised’ tab, or by using the search bar.
- Click ‘Actions’ and
‘Complete’, input the amount to be
processed and include any notes needed.
- Click ‘Complete Order’. Please note that if you are not completing the full amount, you will need to go back
to cancel the remaining amount.
This order will now show as completed on the customers’ account and their
interest-free period will begin. The order can now be found on your dashboard under ‘completed or
